By using the services of ZN Licensing, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. About ZN Licensing

ZN Licensing provides assistance with vehicle licensing, registration services, and Home Affairs bookings. We act as a facilitation and assistance service and are not a government department.

2. Scope of Services

ZN Licensing assists with, but is not limited to, the following services:

  • Vehicle Disc Renewals

  • Change of Ownership

  • Change of License Numbers

  • De-Registration / Scrapping

  • Roadworthy Certificates (COR / COF)

  • Lost Log Books

  • ID & Passport Bookings

All services are provided based on the information and documentation supplied by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging ZN Licensing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Submit all required documents promptly

  • Ensure that documents provided are authentic and valid

  • Respond timeously to any requests for additional information

ZN Licensing is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful applications caused by incomplete, incorrect, or false information provided by the client.

4. Service Fees

  • Service fees will be communicated upfront before work begins

  • Fees cover administrative assistance and time spent facilitating the service

  • Government fees, licensing fees, and third-party charges are not included unless stated otherwise

  • All fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced

5. Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Government departments

  • Licensing offices

  • Availability of systems

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

ZN Licensing does not guarantee completion times but will make reasonable efforts to process requests as efficiently as possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZN Licensing:

  • Does not guarantee approval of any application

  • Is not liable for decisions made by government departments or third parties

  • Is not responsible for delays beyond its control

  • Will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been submitted or processing has started

  • Refunds, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of ZN Licensing

8. Confidentiality & Personal Information

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Client information is used strictly for the purpose of delivering the requested service.

9. Use of Website (If Applicable)

  • Website content is provided for general information purposes

  • ZN Licensing does not guarantee that website information is always current or error-free

  • Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

ZN Licensing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
